Under the mentorship of Jakub Hartlieb, Craig Norred graduated the culinary programs at Tulsa Tech and OSU-IT and helped to open the River Spirit Casino in 2009.

The opportunity to work with the best chefs in Tulsa at charity events helped mold his drive to be involved in the community. Craig opened Praire Brewpub as Executive Chef in 2016 and was able to use his passion to make beer centric food.

When Craig isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, April, and their three kids, Samson, June, and Owen. Craig also enjoys brewing beer and exploring Turkey Mountain.
