Shannon Smith has been teaching cooking in Tulsa for 16 years. She has traveled to more than 35 countries, where she often studied food cultures, and participated in cooking lessons during her travels. This year, she has traveled to Rwanda and Dominican Republic where she taught cooking to women who own food businesses with micro-finance loans.
